Merry Christmas !!

We had a wonderful Christmas with Evon!! She had a great time opening gifts and has been enjoying playing with her new toys. We had a nice dinner and a relaxing day , mostly just enjoying watching Evon. Here are some pictures from Christmas day. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!!!

December

Here are some pictures from December. We are getting so excited for Christmas with Evon in a few days!! We have been telling her all about it all month. She loves the decorations , most of all the tree lights and all the pretty lights outside. Evon is doing great! Just learning and growing more all the time. She is really walking all around on her own now and thinks it is so much fun. Evon is learning more sign language , her newest sign she can do is for daddy. Evon can tell you where her different body parts are the newest ones she knows are eyes , hand and teeth. She has five big teeth now and more coming in. Some of Evon's favorite things to do are look at books , watch a baby video , play in her room and try to get the dog. Evon also loves to sing and dance. She has been singing fa la la la la a lot lately with Mommy. Right now her least favorite thing to do is eat lunch. Evon will cry and have a fit and finally eat a little and make a big mess for mommy. But , she loves to eat breakfast and dinner and she will sometimes eat her lunch for daddy. We hope everyone has a great holiday and we will post some pictures of Evon from Christmas soon.

Thanksgiving

Hope everyone had a nice thanksgving! We all had a nice relaxing day together and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. As usual we ate to much and still have leftovers. Here are some pictures from that day. Evon is getting so big , we have really been saying all the time lately how much older she is looking.

15 Months Old !!!

Evon is now 15 months old !!! It's hard to believe she will be 1&1/2 yrs. in just a month. Evon is getting so big and doing more and more everyday!! The big news is she is starting to walk !!! In her playpen Evon will take a step or a few to the other side , and she has walked four or five steps in a row while playing in her room a few times now!! Soon she will be running all over the place. Evon also has four teeth that have come in and some more on the way. She is eating more all the time and loves to try and feed herself. Evon is always talking away in her own language and trying to make sounds and says words. She loves to wave hello and bye bye and give hugs and kisses! Evon can blow kisses and sometimes kisses her toys and pictures in her books. She is such a good sweet girl.  Evon also knows where her nose , mouth and hair are and will point to them when you ask her. When she has her brush she will brush her hair and sometimes yours. We are just enjoying everyday with Evon , it is so fun to watch her learn and grow. We are really looking forward to the holidays with her this year as she will know more what is going on and enjoy them so much more. Here are some recent pictures of Evon. Halloween

Here are some pictures from Halloween! We all had a relaxing day together , putting up some last minute decorations and Daddy carved pumpkins. Evon and Mommy got the candy ready and put costumes on. We had 21 trick or treaters! Daddy watched the Gaints game and Mommy and Evon gave out candy. We all had a great time!

Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend we took Evon to the pumpkin patch! We all had so much fun! Evon loved looking at everything. She saw lots of people and other kids. There were rides and lots of pumpkins. Her favorite part was the petting zoo!! We all got to feed and pet the animals. Evon's loved the baby goats and the bunnies most of all. Here are some pictures from that day.

Update on Evon

Evon is doing great! She is having lots of fun each day and learning new things. Evon loves to feed her self all the time lately and gets mad when we won't let her. She also loves to make a mess! She has two new teeth coming in up top now and more seem like they may come through soon. Evon discovered recently how to take her diaper off by herself. That was pretty entertaining. When we ask her "where is you nose" she will now point to her nose! She is just getting bigger and smarter everyday. Here are some recent pic's of our little angel.

Getting so big !!!!

Evon is getting to be such a big girl!! She is growing so fast and is so much bigger and taller! Recently at the doctor Evon had more shots  and she was such a tuff girl , but it was hard on all of us. Now Evon is riding in her new big girl car seat! She loves facing forward and seeing everything out in the world around her. She also loves ridding in the shopping cart at the store. Sometimes she waves to people and sometimes she gets shy when they try to talk to her.  Evon is saying new words like turtle and butterfly. She has been trying to say beautiful and balloon. She makes sounds all the time and has little conversations in her own baby language. Evon can really get around , she crawls everywhere so fast and pulls up on everything and walks around holding on to things. She has stood up on her own a few times and will walk around her room holding on to your hands. Evon loves to play in her room. It is so fun to play with her and see what she will do next. Some of Evon's favorite things to do now are play peekaboo and dance. She loves music and is learning new dance moves and keeping mommy and daddy entertained! This week we finally took Evon to the pool since we are having some beautiful summer like weather.  At first she wasn't so sure about it but she did really well and we all had a lot of fun!! Got Milk?

Evon is drinking more and more milk and loves having her bottle. She started saying ba ba this week! She also points to her bottle and does sign language for milk. Evon is getting smarter everyday!

New Pictures of Evon

Here are some recent pictures of Evon. She has been growing so fast , becoming bigger and smarter everyday. Just last night we discovered that her second tooth has started coming through! Evon is having so much fun playing and crawling so fast everywhere. She loves to walk around her playpen holding on , often with just one hand. The other night she was letting go at the corners and taking a step or two to the other side. She could start walking any time now. Evon is waving hello and bye bye all the time and now likes to give mommy five! She is just in love with lucky and saying her version of doggie all day long.
